This colour chart was a way for me to understand colours further as well as provide myself with a much clearer understanding of the particular shades that should be used in relation to eye colour and eyeshadows to enhance specific colours and allow they eyes to appear bigger as well as brighter. This would be particularly useful for someone with relatively small eyes, with a dull eye colour.
